Within 30 days of buying, write to support@personalvows.com and we refund it in full. There is no form to fill in, and you do not have to explain.

After 30 days we cannot, because the files have been delivered. The full policy is in the terms.

The link we emailed you is the way in, and it works on any device. There is no account and no password to remember.

If you cannot find the email, ask for it at Find my vows. One field: we send another link to the address on the purchase, and any link you already have keeps working. On the two-of-you purchase each of you has your own link, so ask with your own address.

Purchases stay open for twelve months. Read your vows again, change a line, print a fresh page — for that whole time.

We write to you before the window closes. After it, the questionnaire, the drafts and the files are deleted, and we cannot get them back.

The link is forwardable on purpose. People send it to whoever is helping them, and that is fine — but if yours has traveled further than you meant it to, write to us from the address on your purchase.

We stop every link to your vows and send you a new one. The older ones stop working the moment the new one exists, including any you were using yourself, so the one that arrives is the one to keep.

Your partner’s questionnaire went to the address you gave at checkout. If it has not arrived, you can send it again from your own vows page — the new invitation replaces the older one. Once they have started answering, their questionnaire is theirs, and the link they already have is the one to use.

Each of you reads only your own vows, unless one of you chooses to share. If any of that has gone wrong, write to support@personalvows.com and we will sort it out.

Your answers and your drafts are never logged, and they are deleted with the rest of your session at the end of the window — or sooner, if you write and ask us to.
